Partner directory process

Step 1—Survey partners
A dedicated project manager works with you to develop a request-for-information survey that elicits the information you require. It's designed to collect valuable data on your partners, their solutions, technical specifications, contacts, and other information of your choice. The project manager sends the survey to targeted partners for completion.

Step 2—Write profiles
A template is created that captures the right content, look and feel, and navigation for your directory. Using the template, our writers work from supplemental research and the information collected to write and edit your partner profiles. The focus is on how your partners' offerings enhance your solution sets. Careful attention is paid to accuracy and depth of content, style guidelines, grammar, and appropriate trademarks.

Step 3—Get approval
A working proof of each profile is sent to you and your partner for changes and approval. Changes are made and the approved profile is sent to our editors for a final quality check. Every page goes through a complete editing process with your partner and our editors.

Step 4—Load Web server
The profiles are converted to HTML, or loaded into a database or partner relationship management (PRM) system for use by the Web server. We can create static HTML pages and indexes or load content as objects to a database for dynamic profile creation and search. Each profile is quality-checked on the Web to ensure perfection. Completed profiles are scheduled for ongoing maintenance on a timeline of your choice.
